Licensed Clinicians Needed In Norfolk, VAThriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Norfolk, VA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.About The RoleWe're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you're:Independently licensed and living in Virginia — Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weeklyA behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and childrenInvested in helping your clients achieve measurable progressConfident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR toolsA good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributorsCompensationUp to $103,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
