As a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You’ll apply your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service provider(s) to further your clients’ meaningful missions. You Have: 5+ years of experience working with DevOps or System Administration teams 5+ years of experience with Linux and Windows Administration 2+ years of experience as a team lead of cloud or on-prem infrastructure DevOps teams 2+ years of experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban 2+ years of experience using task management software, such as Jira 2+ years of experience with AWS Services, such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, or SNS 2+ years of experience with capturing infrastructure and configuration as code, such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet 2+ years of experience with VMWare or Citrix TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of degree Nice If You Have: Experience performing security scanning tools and remediating vulnerabilities Experience with Sponsor A&A process and systems Experience with on-prem hardware management at the Sponsor Experience with OCI and Azure Experience with managing Oracle Database instances Experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness Experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments Experience writing scripts using tools such as Python, Bash, or Boto3 Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks AWS and OCI certifications a plus Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation Projected compensation range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). Work Model Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
