Arrowfly is looking for a motivated Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our HealthLeaders team and help recruit senior healthcare executives to participate in our exclusive HealthLeaders Exchange programs. This is a high-activity, sales-oriented role for someone who enjoys prospecting, relationship development, technology, and working toward measurable goals.

HealthLeaders Exchanges bring together small, highly curated groups of healthcare executives for peer-to-peer conversations around the issues shaping hospitals and health systems. The Senior Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role at the front end of our recruitment funnel, identifying the right executives, creating interest in the Exchange experience, and advancing qualified prospects into meaningful conversations with our team.

This is not a traditional event registration role. It is a business development and executive recruitment position built around outbound prospecting, pipeline development, consistent follow-up, and conversion. Our Recruitment team owns outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels, engaging a targeted universe of healthcare leaders and moving them from initial outreach into the HealthLeaders recruitment process. The Senior Recruitment Specialist is often the first direct connection a healthcare executive has with HealthLeaders Exchanges. Successful recruitment is not simply about generating activity. It is about consistently converting thoughtful outreach into relationships and creating a strong pipeline of executives who want to become part of the HealthLeaders community.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approximately 500 outbound prospecting touchpoints each week through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other sales channels.
• Build and manage a pipeline of senior healthcare executive prospects.
• Target healthcare leaders across areas including finance, nursing, revenue cycle, technology, operations, strategy, and other key executive functions.
• Introduce qualified executives to the HealthLeaders Exchange model and clearly communicate the value of participating in a curated peer community.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations with prospective members.
• Generate and schedule introductory meetings for qualified prospects.
• Move prospects effectively through the early stages of the HealthLeaders recruitment funnel.
• Maintain consistent follow-up across multiple channels and multiple prospecting touches.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, email, and other sales-enablement technologies to organize activity and efficiently manage a high-volume prospect pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect statuses, notes, next steps, and pipeline information.
• Partner with HealthLeaders Exchange leadership, marketing, audience development, sales, and event teams.
• Track performance against weekly, monthly, and event-specific recruitment goals.
• Analyze prospect engagement and adjust messaging, sequencing, and outreach strategies to improve conversion.
• Provide feedback on messaging, audience targeting, objections, and market trends based on direct conversations with healthcare executives.
• Represent Arrowfly and HealthLeaders professionally in all interactions with prospective Exchange members, including travel to Exchange events. 

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, media, customer acquisition, or a related field.
• Demonstrated comfort working in a high-activity outbound prospecting environment .
• Willingness and ability to consistently execute approximately 500 prospecting touchpoints per week .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with senior-level professionals and executives.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms .
• Experience with sales technology such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting platforms, or related tools is preferred.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize a large number of prospects and maintain disciplined follow-through.
• Self-motivated, high initiative, and driven to achieve measurable results.
• Comfortable working against clearly defined activity, pipeline, meeting, and conversion KPIs.
• Strong professional judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, digital-first, remote work environment.
• Curious, coachable, and comfortable adjusting your approach based on performance data and feedback.
• Interest in healthcare, media, events, professional communities, or executive engagement is a plus.
