PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN I

Poway, CA | Full-Time | $21-$24/hour

BUILD SOMETHING THAT MATTERS

Were you the kid who loved LEGOs (or the adult who still loves LEGOs)?? We're looking for that same curiosity today-people who enjoy building, tinkering, solving problems, and figuring out how things work.

Radeus Labs designs and manufactures rugged, customized computing and communications systems that support mission-critical operations across the aerospace, defense, and commercial industries.

We're looking for a Production Technician I to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position where you'll learn how our products are built, assembled, inspected, and tested. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with your hands, and excited to learn new technical skills, this could be a great opportunity to grow with Radeus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, drawings, and work instructions

• Follow established processes and instructions to complete work accurately and efficiently

• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, missing components, or workmanship issues

• Assist with basic product testing under the direction of experienced team members

• Accurately document completed work using travelers, checklists, and other production records

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

• Follow Lean Principles and Lean Manufacturing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic computer and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Take pride in doing quality work

• Pay attention to the details

• Desire to learn and ask questions

• Show up ready to contribute

• Are willing to learn and take on new challenges

• Enjoy working in a hands-on environment

We value Integrity, Community, and Continuous Learning, and we believe people do their best work when they have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.

If you're ready to start or grow your career in a hands-on technical environment, we'd love to hear from you.
