Product Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is helping a client identify a Product Manager who will support initiatives within the underwriting and risk platforms, working closely with cross functional teams in an Agile environment. This individual will own user story development, participate in UAT, and collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables.

This person will support the Product Manager's product vision for the client’s Unified Credit Module & Credit Shield underwriting and risk platforms. They will help to shape the product roadmap based on client and user feedback, usage metrics and competitive research. This individual will work closely with internal departments (Product Design UI/UX, Development team, Credit/ Underwriting and Sales) and external stakeholders (customers and partners) to strategically improve your product portfolio. They are looking for someone to manage the Product Life Cycle process for portfolio product offerings and actively supports sales & credit with expertise, consulting, tools, and collateral. This Product Owner will be the products’ champion within the development ceremonies, demos, UAT and when attending project meetings.

Compensation:

$55/hr to $65/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

- 2–4 years of Product Owner experience

- Proficiency in hands on experience writing user stories end to end

o Handling enhancements, troubleshooting, and documentation (e.g., user guides)

- Experience supporting UAT cycles from start to finish

- Strong interview and discovery skills for gathering requirements

- Participating in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint activities)

- Working on products including Pay USM and Credit Shield

- High School Education - Exposure to underwriting, credit, risk

- Copilot or AI tools preferred for feature writing and documentation

- Jira experience
