Job Description Private Duty Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric/Young Adult Home Care Location: Bethel Area, OH Company: American Primary Healthcare, LLC Schedule: Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends (Immediate Openings) Position Overview American Primary Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to provide Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services for a young male client in the Bethel area. This individual resides with his grandmother and requires increased nursing support due to recent hospitalizations and ongoing complex medical needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse experienced in home health, pediatric, or medically complex care who is comfortable working independently in a one‑on‑one setting. Current Coverage Need Existing hours: Monday–Thursday, approximately 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Open shifts: weekends Flexible scheduling available based on nurse availability Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting Monitor respiratory status and respond to changes in condition Perform oxygen therapy management Conduct suctioning (nasal, oropharyngeal, and oral) Administer and monitor nebulizer treatments and cough assist Operate and monitor CPT vest therapy Manage G-tube feedings with overnight pump Assist with repositioning, personal care, and total care needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with family and care team Qualifications Active Ohio LPN license (required) Experience with G-tube, respiratory care, and suctioning preferred Pediatric or high‑acuity home care experience strongly preferred Current CPR certification Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, patient‑centered care Reliable transportation Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience and skill level) Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment401(k) with company match Opportunities for ongoing assignments and growth Opportunities for ongoing assignments and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Aphc Ohio
