Confidential Employer. Job Description Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation from case intake through trial. Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Obtain, review, summarize, and organize medical records, accident reports, and case documentation. Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files with exceptional accuracy. Coordinate with clients, courts, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel. Prepare hearing, deposition, mediation, and trial materials. Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation. Ensure timely filings and maintain organized, compliant case documentation. Qualifications 1+ year of personal injury paralegal experience required. Litigation experience strongly preferred. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Strong organizational and document management skills. Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Paralegal certificate or legal studies education preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
