What We Offer Lucrative commission opportunities for every new lease Annual raises with the opportunity for up to a five percent salary increase each year Employee referral bonuses ranging from $500 to $1,000 Affordable health and dental benefits for employees at $47.50 per month through Blue Cross 401(k) plan with company matching contributions (3% or $4,000 annually- whichever is greater) Vision, life, and disability insurance Paid holidays, plus additional paid time off: 80 hours in the first year 120 hours after two to four years 160 hours after five or more years Twenty percent rent discount at any Monarch-owned community - terms and conditions apply Tuition reimbursement and paid training opportunities Yearly anniversary gifts Employee discount programs with partnered companies, including Verizon, Expedia, and Office Depot What You Will Do as a Leasing Consultant Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings Conduct and report market surveys Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms Assist with resident retention and engagement programs What We Are Looking For 1+ year in Multi-Family Housing Industry strongly preferred Yardi/CRM IQ familiarity strongly preferred Strong sales mentality- ability to close and secure the lease Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents Willingness to complete online training courses Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month Ready to Take the Next Step?
