About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the City Administrator. The successful candidate will serve as the senior executive coordination and strategic integration leader, ensuring alignment across various city offices, bureaus, and key external stakeholders. This role involves providing executive leadership for enterprise-wide initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-organizational coordination. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for translating executive priorities into action, monitoring organizational progress, and resolving cross-functional issues. Additionally, the role includes serving as a trusted advisor, fostering collaboration, and supporting the City Administrator in navigating politically sensitive issues. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years' experience in management, finance, or administrative functions, with a minimum of 4 years' in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive-level communication, leading complex initiatives, and managing organizational change.
