About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic thought partner and force-multiplier for the CEO and COO, with a primary focus on investor relations, fundraising strategy, and high-level executive support. This role is pivotal in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a healthcare startup, and the Chief of Staff will be responsible for orchestrating the executive's time management, understanding and acting on their priorities, and providing strategic context for decision-making. The role also involves leading and structuring executive and leadership team meetings, owning the operating cadence of these teams, and ensuring clear communication and alignment on key points. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years' of experience in a senior leadership role, and a proven track record in fundraising and capital formation. Experience in a startup environment, particularly prior to Series B, is highly preferred. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have expert knowledge of the healthcare landscape, strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management, superior communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate complex organizational dynamics are essential. The role requires a confident leader with excellent emotional intelligence, a flexible and creative mindset, and the ability to work autonomously while fostering a culture of collaboration.
