Location: Cape Girardeau, MO

Job Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime only — No nights or weekends
Training: Hands-on onboarding + mentorship
Earnings Potential: $52,100 – $90,500+ (Uncapped commissions + bonuses)

About the Opportunity MCL Talent Partners is recruiting for a leading national provider expanding in Cape Girardeau. Help local families and businesses with essential life and supplemental insurance in a role with predictable hours and strong earning potential.

Strong fit for people coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, supervision, or coaching.

Day-to-Day

Face-to-face consultations with families and business owners.
Build long-term client relationships.
Manage your own schedule (field + office).
Access leadership growth opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

People-oriented and self-motivated.
Coachable with good communication skills.
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
No insurance experience needed.

Compensation Support

Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
Realistic first-year range: $52K–$90K+.
Training and licensing support.
