At NASCAR, you will work alongside passionate people creating experiences fans feel and helping shape the future of sports and entertainment.NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager, NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series to:Help shape the long-term vision, growth strategy, and business performance of the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.Lead alignment across teams, drivers, manufacturers, tracks, partners, and NASCAR stakeholders to advance shared business objectives.Drive strategic initiatives that strengthen participation, sponsorship value, industry investment, audience growth, and fan engagement.Create meaningful collaboration and communication frameworks that connect industry stakeholders with NASCAR’s strategic priorities.Advance the sustainability, relevance, and future success of one of NASCAR’s key racing series through data-driven decision-making and industry leadership.Based in Charlotte, NC.What You’ll DoOwn the overall business performance, growth strategy, and long-term vision of the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.Develop and execute strategic initiatives designed to increase the value, relevance, and sustainability of the Series.Establish annual and multi-year objectives aligned with NASCAR’s broader strategic priorities.Serve as the primary business-facing contact for teams, drivers, manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders.Build trusted relationships across the garage and foster strong collaboration between NASCAR and Series stakeholders.Gather stakeholder insights and ensure industry perspectives are represented in NASCAR decision-making processes.Coordinate across NASCAR departments to align business priorities, initiatives, and resources in support of the Series.Identify opportunities to grow team business health, manufacturer engagement, sponsorship activation, event value, audience growth, fan development, and content consumption.Partner with commercial teams to maximize value creation for Series stakeholders.Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic investments that strengthen the long-term health of the Series.Establish and track key performance indicators related to participation, sponsorship trends, team sustainability, audience growth, and competitive marketplace dynamics.Lead industry meetings, stakeholder forums, and communication efforts to ensure alignment and transparency.Translate NASCAR business strategies into actionable insights and opportunities for Series stakeholders.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Seven (7)+ years of related business, sports, entertainment, partnership, or industry development experience.Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.Demonstrated experience using data and insights to guide business decisions and strategic recommendations.Proven ability to build, manage, and influence relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across multiple business functions.Knowledge of sports and entertainment industry business operations.Demonstrated strategic leadership, change management, and relationship management capabilities.Ability to analyze business trends, evaluate opportunities, and solve complex business challenges.Proficiency with company-provided hardware and software.Ability to travel up to 25%, including weekends, as business needs require.Why This Role?This is an opportunity to shape the future of the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and drive the growth of an important platform within NASCAR’s racing ecosystem.In this highly visible role, you’ll influence strategic decisions, unite key industry stakeholders around a shared vision, and help strengthen the long-term health of the Series.
