HR Payroll Coordinator

This flexible role is a great fit for an experienced HR/payroll professional who may be in a retirement era, pausing a traditional full-time career for caregiving or family responsibilities, or simply looking to contribute meaningful expertise on a part-time basis.

Join Reserve Squad as a Reservist to provide HR payroll, recruiting, and onboarding support in a project-based role. This is a hybrid opportunity averaging approximately 10 hours per week , mostly remote, with one day per week in the Cincinnati office, preferred on Wednesdays .

The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support smooth payroll processing, recruiting coordination, and new hire onboarding.

Required/Preferred Experience:

• Must have experience with ADP
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience required
• Prior experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Operations Coordinator, and/or Payroll Specialist
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
