Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries. Implement cost‑control measures to maximize profitability. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and service quality. Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem‑solving skills and quick decision making. Proficiency in restaurant management software and point‑of‑sale systems. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
