Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care ER experience and a valid Florida or eligible compact RN license.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
Assess patients' conditions and respond to emergencies.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and document patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of acute care ER experience.
Valid Florida RN license or eligible multistate compact license.
Associate degree in Nursing required.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within the facility's specified timeframe.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay based on experience.
Night shift differential of $4.25/hour.
Weekend differential of $2.00/hour.
Relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.
