Lead with purpose in a dynamic logistics environment! Shaw Industries is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Regional Distribution Center in Elkhart, IN. This leadership role is responsible for guiding a team of approximately 15 associates — including drivers, and warehouse associates —across two shifts. The facility supports key logistics functions such as receiving, processing, shipping, storing, and delivering flooring products.
