HVAC Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HVAC operations throughout the Greater Elkhart area and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, driving accountability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.While residential HVAC experience is preferred, we are open to leaders from home services and other field-based industries who have a proven track record of leading teams, improving operational performance, managing field operations, and developing strong team cultures.What You'll Do:Provide overall leadership for the HVAC service, maintenance, and installation operations teamsLead, coach, and develop field managers, technicians, and support staff to drive performance and accountabilityOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, workforce utilization, and resource allocationMonitor and improve key operational metrics, including revenue, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee engagementPartner closely with sales, dispatch, customer service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution across the businessConduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and operational reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and support employee developmentDrive consistency in processes, service delivery, quality standards, and customer experienceSupport recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives to build a best-in-class teamLead efforts to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and overall business performanceManage customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved professionally and effectivelyMaintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational best practicesCollaborate with market leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiativesWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of leadership experience managing operations, field service teams, or multi-functional business unitsDemonstrated success leading teams in a growth-oriented, service-driven environmentStrong operational leadership skills with the ability to improve performance, processes, and accountabilityExperience managing KPIs, budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance metricsProven ability to coach and develop leaders and frontline employeesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordPreferred QualificationsResidential HVAC experienceExperience leading service, installation, and sales teamsPrior responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, or operational financial managementExperience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platformsTrack record of improving operational efficiency while driving profitable growthExperience building and scaling high-performing teamsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunityHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysLeadership development and advancement opportunitiesOpportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organizationWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within a growing organization.
