Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery with Mother Baby experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in fetal monitoring and possess current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications to ensure high-quality maternal and neonatal care.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
Monitor fetal heart rates and assess fetal well-being using fetal monitoring equipment.
Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on childbirth processes and postpartum care.

Qualifications:

Possess valid BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
Demonstrate previous labor and delivery or Mother Baby experience.
Proficient in fetal monitoring and obstetric nursing procedures.
Hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
