Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living Location: UMC The Shores, Ocean City, NJ. Full Time, Night Shift (11 pm – 7 am). What You’ll Do Provide professional nursing care to residents in accordance with community policies and New Jersey nursing standards. Supervise and support nursing assistants and other nursing personnel on assigned shifts. Deliver compassionate, resident‑centered care while respecting each resident’s emotional, cultural, religious, and personal needs. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality care and positive outcomes. Assist with activities of daily living and restorative nursing care as outlined in individualized care plans. Participate in the orientation, training, and support of newly assigned nursing staff. Requirements Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred.
