About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry unit at Concord Hospital-Laconia. About the Role

Candidates must be confident managing cardiac patients, administering specialized medications, and delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.
- Monitor telemetry patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, including Cardizem and insulin drips (for hyperglycemia), while following hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License.
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Advanced Telemetry experience with the ability to pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding.
- Experience with Cardizem drips, insulin drips, and telemetry monitoring; Cerner EMR experience preferred.
