Incoming Inspector

Location: West Chester, OH Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.00 per hour 1st Shift | 10-hour shifts | Monday Friday

Here's what it takes to make yours count:

• 1 year of previous manufacturing, inspection, warehouse, or quality control experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills
• Experience using precision measuring instruments preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming material orders for accuracy, counts, and quality compliance
• Perform PMI (Positive Material Identification) using a Niton gun
• Verify invoices, packing slips, and shipping documentation
• Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Conduct dimensional and surface finish (Ra) inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Organize pallets, boxes, and incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within company systems
• Follow all quality procedures, safety guidelines, and inspection standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and product quality
