What will you do?- Perform quality inspections and process control activities throughout the manufacturing process
- Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen product quality and reduce risks
- Work with suppliers and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure quality compliance during new manufacturing line setups and process changes
- Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; performing inspections to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
- Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution - developing level; applying quality processes across production and distribution operations
- Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects
- Problem Solving - developing level; analyzing quality issues and implementing practical solutions
- Collaboration - developing level; working with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
- Customer Orientation - developing level; maintaining focus on delivering quality that meets customer expectations
- Coaching - developing level; supporting team members in understanding and applying quality standards
- Stakeholder Management - foundational level; coordinating with suppliers and internal partners on quality matters
