Direct Care WorkerUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparationProvide companionship and support to enhance emotional well-beingHelp with medication reminders and monitor clients’ health statusMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsDocument care provided according to company policies and proceduresRequirementsPrevious experience in caregiving or direct care preferred but not requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clientsReliable transportation to and from clients’ homesBackground check may be requiredBenefitsCompetitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hourTwice a month paycheckOpportunities for training and career advancementSupportive work environmentFlexible scheduling optionsAbout the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is committed to providing high-quality home health care services to the Livonia community.
