Our goal is to provide safe and comfortable homes that are welcomed in their communities.We actively promote wellness of body, mind, and spirit by providing an enriching environment of opportunities for all of our residents.Currently, we have part-time positions for Afternoons (2p-10p)Must be able to work weekend shifts.Must be able to communicate effectively and professionallyYou must have reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseYou must pass employment, motor vehicle and criminal background checks as a condition of contract employment.Have a high school diploma or GEDMust be able to lift 50 poundsLocations Include: Farmington, Farmington Hills, Royal Oak, and SouthfieldDUTIESEssential Functions:Meal preparation, laundry, light household chores.Activities of daily living (such as bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.).Keep Consumers safe and monitor health and safety.Take residents on outingsParticipation and assistance at medical appointments.Transportation AbilityKnowledge of Culture of Gentleness/Gentle TeachingOther duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSQualifications include:Must be able to communicate effectively and professionallyYou must have reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseYou must pass drug, alcohol, employment, motor vehicle and criminal background checks as a condition of contract employment.Have a high school diploma or GEDMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust have a current and valid DRIVER'S LICENSERequired training:Recipient RightsEmergency PreparednessCultural CompetencyDue ProcessLimited English ProficiencyMedicationBloodborne PathogensHIPAANutritionPerson Centered PlanningCPR/First AidMUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
