Acting as the primary subject matter expert for role structure and alignment across the organization Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on role clarity, positioning, and progression Providing guidance on pay‑related decisions, including offers and internal alignment considerations Conducting data‑driven reviews to support consistency, equity, and competitiveness Translating complex frameworks into practical guidance for a wide range of audiences Supporting ongoing education and understanding of rewards‑related programs Partnering with regional and functional stakeholders in a global environment Helping ensure programs remain current, practical, and well understood over time What We’re Looking For Significant experience in total rewards or compensation‑related work Comfort operating in complex, matrixed, and global environments Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and explain data clearly Proven ability to influence, challenge constructively, and build trust A balance of confidence and approachability—firm when needed, collaborative always Ability to work independently without heavy direction or oversight Genuine interest in role design, structure, and long‑term program ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
