Independent Cleaning Contractors (1099) – Unit Turnovers (Apartments)

$160 per unit | 4-5 hours per job

We’re hiring reliable independent cleaners for apartment unit turnovers.
If you already clean, have your own supplies, and want consistent work without the headache of chasing clients—this is for you.

Pay

• $30 per bedroom (each bedroom includes a bathroom)
  
  
• $40 per living room/kitchen
  
  
• Units are small and efficient

• Opportunity for multiple units per day
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full turnover cleaning between tenants

• Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, trash removal

• Getting units ready for the next move-in

• Must be an independent contractor (1099)
  
  
• Must have a working cellphone with internet connection
  
  
• Must be detail-oriented and dependable
  
  
• Must be able to follow a checklist and take photos after cleaning
