Investor Reporting Analyst III

Job TitlePrincipal Duties:Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reportsReconcile custodial bank accounts to loan activities accurately and timelyRemit funds due to investors accurately and timelyResearch and resolve questions timely, accurately, and thoroughlyUnderstand and utilize systems: Excel, SQL, and Black Knight/LPSEnsure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to the appropriate partiesOwns ancillary reporting and/or processesTrains and mentors other Investor Reporting AnalystsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or equivalent experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelAnalytical skills for effective data interpretation and decision-makingPreferred Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in Investor Reporting or Accounting related functionsWorking knowledge of Investor Reporting concepts and/or requirementsDemonstrated ability to organize and manage tasks simultaneouslyHigh levels of data literacy, including abilities in SQL, VBA, Python, or equivalent technical skills
