Investor Reporting Analyst I

Investor Reporting AnalystThe Investor Reporting Analyst I is responsible for the daily/monthly reporting, reconciliation and remittance of loan activity and calculated funds due to Investors/Owners of pools of mortgage loans.Principal Duties:Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reportsReconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within specified timeframesAccurately remit calculated funds due investors within specified timeframesEffectively understand and utilize appropriate systems: Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPSEnsure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to appropriate partiesResearch and resolve Investor/Owner questions timely and accuratelyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or equivalent experienceStrong computer skills including Microsoft ExcelExcellent Analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Investor Requirements as relates to Investor AccountingDemonstrated ability to organize and manage projects simultaneouslyAbility to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interests for timeWe are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
