Contract Attorney

LHH is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join a growing Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance practice. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in building a long-term career in healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and healthcare policy. Prior healthcare law experience is preferred but not required. The firm offers extensive mentorship, training, and hands-on experience to help you develop specialized expertise in this growing practice area. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft written analyses Assist with healthcare regulatory and compliance matters Review contracts and healthcare-related agreements Support matters involving HIPAA, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and regulatory enforcement Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and deliver exceptional client service Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar license in Florida 2-6 years of legal experience Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Interest in healthcare law, policy, and regulatory compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
