We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career with a dealership that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls

• Respond to service inquiries through phone, email, text, and web leads

• Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming reservations

• Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate service solutions

• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience on every interaction

• Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM

• Work closely with Service Advisors and Managers to maximize appointment show rates

• Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and repair services

• Maintain detailed records and notes regarding customer interactions

What You'll Bring

• Customer service, call center, hospitality, or BDC experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

• Experience with CDK, Xtime, Volie, or other dealership software is a plus

• Professionalism and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
