You’ll be responsible for Reception duties – customer service, answer and direct telephone and email queries, greet customers who visit, maintain efficient email management Administration tasks – data entry, prepare and complete documentation, organise site visits, council inspections and product/material deliveries for our teams, daily bank reconciliation, provide prompt, professional and accurate correspondence General housekeeping – keep our office supplies replenished, ensure the office is clean and well presented at all times, basic fleet management such as scheduling servicing, road user charges and warrent of fitness etc Supporting the teams – assisting with any general duties required in order to achieve together as a team You’ll need these to apply Proactive approach to everyday tasks Able to prioritize and organise workloads efficiently Professional manner and smartly dressed everyday Experience with finance, Xero and payroll systems an advantage but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate and a high level of typing accuracy Outstanding attention to detail Thrive working in a fast paced environment Customer focused and personable Location and Hours Location: Northscape Headquarters, Kaitaia Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Salary Rate: $42,000.00 – $55,000.00 Start Date TBC To Apply We’re looking for someone who can hit the road running!
