We are hiring General Laborers in Little Rock/Benton, AR for full-time or part-time, day-shift opportunities available Monday through Saturday , with temporary and temp-to-hire positions available. General Laborers may work across warehouse, production, manufacturing, construction, and delivery environments, performing hands-on tasks such as pulling orders, loading and unloading materials, assembling goods, preparing products for shipment, assisting with site preparation, operating machinery, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
Responsibilities
- Pull orders and load/unload materials.
- Assist with site preparation, construction, production, and warehouse tasks.
- Assemble goods and prepare products for shipment.
- Operate machinery and perform manufacturing and production duties.
- Drive to different job locations and maintain cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- Ability to perform hands-on general labor and material-handling tasks.
- Experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, or construction is a plus.
- Ability to load, unload, assemble, and prepare materials or products.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Tractor-trailer operation experience for assignments requiring this skill.
