What's a typical day as Automotive Mechanic? You'll be:
- Assembling, disassembling, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production and prototype transmissions, vehicles, and electrification units.
- Following build books, illustrations, sketches, prints, and repair manuals to ensure proper repairs and configurations.
- Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for work orders and communications.
- Performing garage and bench work, including transmission removal, reinstallation, teardown, and rebuilds.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Possess a valid driver's license (must have).
- Have experience with electrical, air conditioning, fuel emission, brake, steering, hydraulics, and clutch systems.
- Are comfortable working various shifts, including weekends.
- Can effectively use diagnostic tools and follow technical documentation.
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (must have).
