Patient Services Representative

We are looking for Patient Services Representatives to join our team in our Bend office. Bend Dermatology believes our employees are our most valuable asset. Responsibilities include: providing customer service to patients both in-person and over the phone, front desk support, schedule management, cash handling and daily reconciliation, chart preparation, insurance verification, and patient registration.


Qualifications:

• Previous work in a medical setting, preferred
• Pervious customer service experience
• Comfort using Office 365 and other computer-based systems
• High School diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.


Wage is determined based on experience. Entry wage is $19/hour
