We handle scheduling and the administrative back-office so you can focus on treating.What you'll do:Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.Keep every home visit safe and professional.Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.What you need:Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.Home-based care experience preferred.What we offer:Pay works out to $60–70 per hour, billed per visit as a 1099 contractor — your exact per-visit rates are confirmed by region during intake.Flexible scheduling — set your own hours and caseload.Minimal commute — patients in their homes, near you.Scheduling and administrative back-office handled for you.Supportive team and streamlined documentation tools.Job type: Contract / PRN / Part-time.
