Associate Product Marketing Specialist

Job Title

Executes global Product Marketing strategy for our Healthy Buildings group.

Tracks marketing investments and results for continuous improvement.

Collaborates with Product Marketing leads to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals.

Executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth.

Supports market and trend research efforts to identify new opportunities and ensure products and messages are properly targeted.

Gathers insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.

Works with guidance to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase.

Works with guidance to create compelling content to ensure that sales have the knowledge required to effectively sell product offerings.

Partners with sales to foster continuous feedback loop.

Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.

Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, communication or a related field.

Strong writing and presentation skills.

Collaboration.

Basic project planning and management.

Customer-centric orientation.

Interviewing Budget tracking.

Basic analytical skills.

Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for nonscientific audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing and/or using a wide array of internal communication tools.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
