Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed

- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus
