Wage: $15.00–$17.10/hour (based on experience)

Start Time: 8:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Minimum Experience: No experience required (food prep experience a plus)

Minimum Education: No formal education required

The menu features 100% fresh, never-frozen ground steak burgers, all-beef hot dogs imported from the Bronx, crispy fresh-cut fries, homemade chili, and hand-spun retro shakes. Every item is made with care, speed, and quality.

Job Description:

Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is hiring early risers to join our Opening Prep Team in Minot, ND. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to prep fresh ingredients and set the tone for a successful day, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive crew.

About Rocky's: Founded by Mike Sartwell and named after his childhood nickname, Rocky's is a family-driven local favorite known for fresh, never-frozen steak burgers, Bronx-style all-beef franks, homemade chili, hand-cut fries, and hand-spun shakes. We serve our community with speed, quality, and heart-through dine-in, drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep fresh ingredients and assemble items for daily service

  • Stock, clean, and organize the kitchen for maximum efficiency

  • Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly

  • Assist with inventory tracking and restocking

  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
