The Opportunity

We are seeking aSenior ConsultingAnalystin Black & Veatch's Infrastructure Advisory Business to support ourrapidlygrowingbusiness.As aSeniorAnalyst, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute todelivering projects fora wide range of clients, includingwater, electric,andgasutilities, oil and gasclients,datacentersandother commercial clients.

• Further develop yourconsulting skillsthrougha range oftraining,structured mentoring, and project exposure.

• Gain experience ina wide range of areas, includingstrategy and planning, digital and AI/ML,asset management,system implementations(including Operational Technology, Enterprise Asset Management,Advanced Metering Infrastructure),andasset engineering.

As aSeniorAnalystyou willbe part of the Analyst Teamsupportingprojectsacross multiple solutions.The Analyst Team is a diverse team of early-career professionals who are given a wide range of technical projects and skills to equip them to have a solid foundation and move into a specific career track as they advance and develop their skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Under general supervision, perform functions of business, technical, technology or digital consulting requiring increased knowledge and experience of basic principles. Applyknowledge and experience of consulting attributes and increasing technicalexpertiseto complete project assignments.

• Collect,analyzeand interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights,identifytrends,opportunitiesand risks.

• Undergeneralsupervision, prepare reports, presentations, processes, tools, models, and otherclient- readydeliverables,demonstratingattention to detail, clarity, and logical structure.

• Participate in client meetings and workshops to support the project team with presentation, facilitation, and note taking.

• Recognize and applyappropriate technicalmethods to diagnose issues and developsolutions, andengage technical subject matter experts to fill knowledge gaps.

• Demonstratea morein-depth knowledge of an industry or technical specialization.

• Understand and adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.Demonstrate accountability for delivering assigned work on time and to expected quality standards.

• May support development of scope and fee for proposals.

• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.Escalate risks, issues, or questionsin a timely manner.

• Stay current with industry trends, emergingtechnologiesand best practices. Develop knowledge and experience in specific specializations and industries (minors) andparticipatein professional development opportunities. Share current knowledge of latest technology and processes.

• Master of Arts or Science

• Preferred Skills:

• Proficient technical or functional knowledge in one or more target industries

• Knowledge base in one or more solution areas

• General knowledge of customers in one or more target industries

• Proficiency in one aspect of consulting processes

• Human relations skills including collaboration and team functions

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other generally accepted software for the business

• PC literacy with applied knowledge

• Bachelor of Arts or Science, preferably in business, technology, data science or engineering OR relevant business experience.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in business/consulting environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree + 2-4 years experience OR Master's degree. 2-4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
