Business Development Mgr

Background: Internet leads continue to grow. An opportunity exist to improve in all aspects of how we handle internet leads. Areas of opportunity include response time, quality of response, follow up, improving customer experience, improving team utilization and effectiveness, process development, lead nurture, etc.

FUNCTIONS:

• Oversee the processing of all incoming Leads
• Monitor, Report and Improve Hubspot utilization and Follow Up compliance
• Monitor, Report and Improve Conversion Metrics
• Monitor and Report and Improve FANS Metrics

RELATIONSHIPS:

• Reports to General Manager or Regional/District President
• Coordinates with all Team Members to ensure Lead Capture and Conversion, and all FANS Metrics are being met.
• Coordinate out-of-market leads with other dealers
• Coordinate the back up of duties when unavailable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Company Expert on Hubspot

• Learn all necessary aspects and functionality of Hubspot
• Monitor progress with quantity and quality of Follow Up
• Utilize Qlik Sales Qualified Dashboard to monitor progress
• Utilize Hubspot Dashboards

Nurture and enhance Client relationships with our organization

• Enhance frequency of communication with Contacts
  • Provide Contacts with valuable content to nurture and improve their desire to purchase products from ourcompany
  • Fill the communication time voids between sales communications to keep our products and company atthe top of Contact's consideration set when they are ready to reengage
  • Improve attendance at company sales events and classes

Nurture and enhance Sold relationships

• Enhance frequency of communication with Sold Contacts
  • Provide Sold Contacts with valuable content to facilitate the enjoyment and maintenance of their boat
  • Fill the communication time voids between sales communications to ensure our Sold customers do notfeel forgotten after the sale
  • Improve attendance at company sales events and classes

Monitor, Report and Improve Conversion Metrics

• Monitor, Report and Improve Conversion Rate by Source, Brand, Store and Sales Consultant

Monitor, Report and Improve Internal and External FANS Metrics for our Team and Clients

• Process all Internal and External FANS notifications.
• Develop Internal FANS program to measure our Internal Team Member Satisfaction. Measured and reported on a quarterly basis.

• Consistently monitor and mentor our Team to ensure our Standards and Values are upheld and ingrained throughout our organization
