Enjoy professional growth opportunities and exposure to diverse investment structures.Job DescriptionOverviewContribute to a leading financial services firm specializing in private credit fund accounting and operations.Play a pivotal role in managing fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications.Gain hands-on experience with diverse fund structures and debt investment accounting.Collaborate with investment teams and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.Enhance your expertise in fund accounting and private credit operations.Work within a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.Enjoy professional growth opportunities and exposure to investment activities.Contribute to audit processes and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee daily cash activities, including reconciliations and liquidity monitoring.Prepare and post journal entries for debt investments, including interest income and amortization.Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of fund-level financial data.Calculate and process management fees and expense allocations efficiently.Coordinate with portfolio management teams on investment activity and reporting.Prepare capital call calculations, investor notices, and quarterly financial statements.Analyze fund performance metrics, including MOIC and IRR calculations.Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors effectively.Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in private credit fund accounting or public accounting.Strong understanding of fund structures and financial reporting principles.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.Experience with WSO software is a plus.Detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
