Looking for a Finance Accountant to join our finance team, working with our CFO & Controllers. The Finance Accounting Analyst will have broad responsibility for supporting our Finance Team with financial reporting to the investment management team, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations, including NAV calculations and agree to the fund administrator’s records. This applies to a Master Feeder structure and various co-investment funds. Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate management and financial information for the funds managed by the firm and implement appropriate procedures and controls (i.e., valuations, performance estimates, month end NAV, partnership allocations, investor K-1s, audit and tax). Perform and help manage all aspects of the finance function for a registered investment adviser. Ensure the firm’s funds’ accounting records are prepared in accordance with appropriate accounting policies and applicable regulatory and tax requirements. Manage invoice processing, expense allocations, bookkeeping in QuickBooks and management company financial reporting/tax/audit for multiple entities.
