The Opportunity STRATON Group is expanding its operations in the United States and is looking for experienced Mechanical Specialists to join our growing field service team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in industrial machinery installation, mechanical assembly, conveyor systems, equipment alignment, maintenance, and commissioning support. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in demanding manufacturing environments and be willing to travel throughout the United States as project requirements dictate. Key Responsibilities Mechanical installation and assembly of industrial machinery Precision alignment and levelling of equipment Conveyor installation, maintenance, and modification Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings Mechanical fault finding and diagnostics Equipment modifications and upgrades Supporting machine commissioning and production start up Preventative maintenance and breakdown support Working safely within manufacturing environments Completing technical reports and service documentation Collaborating with electrical, controls, and engineering teams Minimum Requirements Valid United States Visa (Required) Valid Passport Proven experience in industrial mechanical installation or maintenance Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience using precision measuring equipment Willingness to travel throughout the United States Excellent communication skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Industrial automation Automotive manufacturing Conveyor systems Robotics installation Machine installation and relocation Mechanical commissioning Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Precision alignment Field service Automated production lines What We Offer Immediate project opportunities Competitive international remuneration Long term opportunities for high performing specialists Exposure to world class manufacturing facilities A professional, technically driven culture Opportunities to work on complex industrial automation projects throughout North America Why Join STRATON Group?
