• Stay on top of collections, AR, and insurance processes.
• Help patients say “yes” to treatment through clear financial options. Work side-by-side with the doctor to drive profitability.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 3+ years of dental office management experience.
• Understand insurance, billing, and how to actually collect money.
• Know your way around Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental (or similar).
• Are a leader first , not just a scheduler or task manager.
• Are organized, direct, and not afraid to hold people accountable.
• Love improving systems and seeing measurable results.
