Community Housing Associate Director

As the Community Housing Associate Director , you provide leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and operation of programs serving transition-age youth in partnership with organizational leadership. This position will oversee the operations of Rapid Rehousing, Independent Living, Maternity Group Home, and Supported Apartments and other assigned programs.

This Position:

• We are interested in an Community Housing Associate Director with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or related, or a combination of education and experience equal to four years.
• You must be familiar with at-risk youth behaviors/barriers, have knowledge of the St. Charles area/neighborhoods and available services.
• Supervisory experience and experience working with at-risk youth required.
• Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License required
• Grants Writing experience preferred

This is a salaried position, starting at $60,000 / year.
