We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Leasing and Resident Experience Specialist who knows how to turn inquiries into signed leases. As the face of our community, you will own the leasing journey from first contact to move-in, delivering an exceptional experience while maximizing occupancy. What You’ll Do as a Leasing Champion:
- Own the Cycle: Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to seamless resident onboarding.
- Drive Results: Proactively monitor vacancies and consistently meet or exceed leasing and retention benchmarks.
- Elevate the Experience: Serve as the primary, high-energy point of contact for both prospective and current residents.
What You Bring:
- Proven Closer: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- The Core Traits: Reliability, punctuality, flexibility and critical thinking are all absolute keys to your success in this dynamic role.
- Top-Tier Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills (bilingual Spanish/English is a major asset).
- Tech & Detail Savvy: Experienced with property management software and proficient in MS Office/Google Suite
- Schedule & Logistics: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and available to work weekends/flexible schedules. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
