Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in or around Golden Valley, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Set up and operate press brake machines for production runs
Perform tooling changes and select proper tooling for each job
Independently complete machine setups from start to production
Run production jobs according to specifications and quality requirements
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on press brake setup experience
Strong experience with tooling changes, machine setup, and production operations
Ability to independently complete setups and production runs
Solid understanding of press brake operations and metal fabrication
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented
