Job Summary Oversee duties with RMA, DMR, stock rotation and Calibration initiates failure investigation of non-conforming material Develop and maintain Metrics for the above mentioned duties Essential Functions read and interpret Engineering drawings. Use standard basic and intermediate measuring devises. be able to check dimensions in English and metric. Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization. strong knowledge of Microsoft Office of business software.MS word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to be consistently accurate and detail oriented. Required Skills/Qualifications Experience using ERP systems 1+ years working with DMR's/ RMA Use of a wide variety of hand measuring tools 3-5 years of Quality Assurance or related quality control Desired Skills/Qualifications experience of optical measurement knowledge of AS9100 Salary dependent on skill level.
