In Rochester we are currently working on several transportation/train projects for which we provide bathroom units for new trains. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Production Fabricator to join our team. If you know your way around blueprints, hand tools, and machine tools—and you take pride in doing things right the first time—we want to meet you.What You'll Do:Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and machinery safely and efficiently.Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.Troubleshoot and report defects or malfunctions in assembly processes.Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and workflow.Maintain records of assembly production and report progress to supervisors.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabricationAbility to read and understand blueprints and instructionsSkilled with hand tools, power tools, and machineryGood eye for detail and steady handsAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for most of the shiftTeam player with a problem-solving mindsetMust have personal transportation (nearest public transportation is 2 miles away)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
