Circulation Assistant

Location: 1925 Coventry Road, Cleveland Heights, OH, 44118, United States Base Pay: $15.9 per hour Employee Type: Non-Exempt Part Time Required Degree: High school Manage Others: No Part‑time position available for a Circulation Assistant at the Coventry Village Branch. The role includes assisting customers with their library loan accounts, processing library materials, and using related office equipment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively and patiently with all customer age groups. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in an environment requiring multitasking. Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions. Experience working with cash registers. Availability to work a varied schedule of 20 hours per week, covering days, evenings and weekends. Comfortable using computers and software applications. Public library experience a plus.
